A former professional ballet dancer of 15 years, most recently with Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, touring the world. I now live in Lajares, Fuerteventura — trading the stage for a slower pace of life, though my drive to understand the body has only deepened.
Throughout my career and into retirement, I've studied the body with exceptional kinesiology professionals, notably my long-time coach and mentor Summer Jones, creator of the SUJO method. My background taught me how to recover from injuries, work through stress, and thrive under pressure — knowledge I'm passionate about sharing.
I work with everyone — from professional athletes to everyday individuals wanting to live more harmoniously in their body. My belief is simple: bodies can be transformed. Given the right tools and environment, your body wants to function without pain, wants to function well.
When I'm not training, you might find me free diving, practicing contortion and hand balancing, walking among the volcanoes, or reading next to my cat, Petite.

Every session is tailored to you. No cookie-cutter programs — just an honest, collaborative approach based on what your body needs.
Private coaching where I give my full attention to you. We design each hour together based on your needs, goals, and how you're feeling that day.
Training could include: lifting weights, resistance bands, props like sticks, balls, blocks, yoga balls, or rollers. The beauty of my method is that it's not constrained to one modality — I draw from my 15 years of ballet, the SUJO method, and extensive kinesiology study.
We work on: coordination, natural posture, pain-free movement, balance, active flexibility, mobility, and strength. Sessions are 1 hour unless you'd like longer.
Available worldwide via FaceTime or video call. I adapt every exercise to whatever props you have at home — no fancy equipment required.
Perfect for travelers, busy professionals, or anyone who doesn't live near Lajares. During remote sessions, I can see you in real time and guide you through the same tailored approach as in-person training.
I'll adapt to what you have on hand — a chair, a towel, resistance bands, or just your own body weight. The quality of coaching doesn't change.
Bring a friend or two and train together. Each person still gets individual attention in a small-group format. Great for couples or small friend groups.
Semi-private sessions (2:1 or 3:1) let you share the experience while still receiving personalized coaching. I adapt the session to each person's level and goals within the same hour.
€35 per person — a great option if you and a partner or friend want to train together.
Small group movement classes for €18 per person, plus special workshops in beautiful locations — themed training, breath work, and more.

Everything starts with a conversation. When you book your first session, we use the full hour together to get to know you — your background with movement, any former or current injuries or pain, and what you want to achieve. I take notes so we can always reference your goals and track progress.
From there, we move into a session designed entirely around you. We explore movement patterns, establish baseline awareness, and begin building the foundation for your goals.
After your first session, you can decide to continue with regular weekly or monthly sessions. There's no limit on frequency as long as you have adequate recovery time. If you have multiple goals, more frequent sessions let us rotate what we work on each time.

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, unless it's an unexpected emergency. No-shows without notice will be charged 50% of the session price.
For in-person sessions, I provide all props. For remote sessions, I'll adapt to whatever you have — we can get creative with household items.
Standard sessions are 1 hour. Longer sessions can be arranged if specified in advance.
